Orders & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your desired items to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay (with optional installments). All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven't entered processing. Email us immediately at simon74238658042@gmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically to your email address immediately after your order is placed. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact us if it hasn't arrived.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. Modern Viking Lifestyle never stores your full card details on our servers. Your financial information is always handled with the highest level of security.
Do you charge taxes or additional fees?
Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location. For international orders, customs duties or import fees may apply upon delivery — these are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility. We always display a full price breakdown before you confirm your order.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery timeframes depend on your location:
United States: 5–10 business days
UK / Canada / Australia: 7–14 business days
Europe: 8–16 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Modern Viking Lifestyle ships to 50+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. All international orders include a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact simon74238658042@gmail.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping to selected regions. We regularly run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage for the latest offers.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link for the latest status. If the estimated delivery window has passed and there's no update, contact us at simon74238658042@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import tax?
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you're unsure.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. To start a return, email simon74238658042@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
