02Payment Security
All payments are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Our payment processing is handled by PCI DSS-compliant providers. When you enter payment information, it is transmitted directly to our payment processor — Modern Viking Lifestyle does not have access to your full card number at any point.
03When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged at the time your order is placed and confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after a successful payment.
If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed. Please ensure your billing details match those registered with your card or payment provider.
04Currency & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in USD unless otherwise indicated. If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign transaction fee or currency conversion rate. These charges are outside our control and are not included in our stated prices.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price you will be charged for the order.
05Taxes & Duties
Applicable sales tax may be added to orders depending on your shipping destination and local regulations. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. Modern Viking Lifestyle is not responsible for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
06Order Cancellation & Payment Reversal
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at simon74238658042@gmail.com with your order number.
If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
07Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, Modern Viking Lifestyle reserves the right to verify payment details and may contact you for additional information before processing an order. Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled without prior notice.
If you believe your payment information has been used fraudulently on our platform, please contact us immediately and notify your bank or card issuer.
08Installment Payments (Shop Pay)
Eligible orders may qualify for installment payment options through Shop Pay Installments, powered by Affirm. Installment availability and terms are subject to approval and vary by order value and location. Modern Viking Lifestyle is not responsible for the terms or fees associated with third-party installment providers.
