If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right — no runaround, no lengthy back-and-forth. Your satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Please read the conditions below to ensure your item qualifies.
02Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Be in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Not be a non-returnable item (see Section 3).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
03Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
- Perishable goods or products with hygiene seals that have been opened.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Digital products or downloadable content.
04How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email us at simon74238658042@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
05Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes after we have confirmed your refund:

06Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged item.
- An incorrect item sent by Modern Viking Lifestyle.
In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
07Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at simon74238658042@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
08Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
09Late Returns
Returns requested after the 30-day window may be accepted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Late returns, if approved, may be subject to a partial refund or store credit only.
